"Having previously bought very nice raft straps from this company, I made a large order. The buckles on the new straps are unsuitable for whitewater application. They might be ok for other purposes, though I’ve never seen a design like them before. Also took a month to arrive."

"Ordered a leash - I didn't receive the pattern I ordered - they told me there is no way of knowing that so no return. Very poor customer service. I ended up with a flaming order and black snake like pattern ;-( which I wouldn't be seen dead with. It's extremely unattractive. I told them to check their website system as something is wrong - SO, if YOU order from them check and DOUBLE check the pattern selected and that that's what's on your confirmation. MY EMAIL confirmation has NO pattern stated - despite them trying to tell me it does. . .so double check it and call if you have to to confirm it."
"I was told there was a 7 - 10 delay in part of the order. I replied it was coming to New Zealand through the USA so no later. A week later received another email saying it hadn't gone to production. When I queried this was told it was already in production. It wasn't until I received the order discovered it wasn't there. It cost me extra shipping to New Zealand.
I told them it was going there and could have made other arrangements if Strapworks had been honest. Their reply was I should have said where it was going. Not good customer service.

"Do Not buy their metal hardware. Spots all over the D rings mostly. They have a 7 day return policy and did not answer my email to exchange for quality hardware without brown spots. After talking to other people I that worked there they said they found a whole batch with spots and when they replaced my order I still received one piece with a spot. I was hesitant about placing another order but thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt and the hardware I just received looks like it has been coated with silver which makes it look dull and you can see that there are spots that have been covered. The owner was so rude to me last time that I am just sick over the whole thing. So I will have to find another place to order the hardware. You get what you pay for, their prices are cheap and the quality poor."
