I never installed it. I didn’t like the reviews on the clutch. I also deleted all of the emails showing proof that I ordered it. I used their messaging system and was quickly sent an RMA. I had to pay return shipping but they never charged me for the restocking fee and the refund was very quick.

How can an online order placed on their website have the wrong price? How can I be charged immediately but not get an immediate refund? "I placed a Black Friday order with StreetSideAuto for a Warn winch. How did I not know about this company before? Their prices are very competitive. The Black Friday offer was $50 off my order plus a gift card worth 10% of my order total. They shipped the next day and provided a tracking # via email.

I just used the $53 gift card to order a cat-back exhaust for my Trans Am. They had the best price by far. My new order comes with another 10% gift card, so I'm certain I will be ordering from them again.

Edit: When I originally wrote this review I stated that I had to contact customer service to get my gift card code and that they responded promptly. I see now that the emails with the codes had been filtered to my spam folder. So the codes were generated and sent to me immediately, I just didn't see them.

I've spent thousands of dollars with StreetSideAuto over the years. It's been over 2 years since my last order and I found an Optima Yellowtop battery I wanted to buy. Their policies have changed drastically. Coupons used to be commonplace. There were always several active offers. Now the last active one I could find expired 2 months ago. They even have items that valid coupons won't work with. They call them "super value-priced items" which are ineligible for any other discounts. But you can't find this information out until you add the item to your cart and try to use a coupon. They also used to participate with Upromise cash back, but not anymore. I have to lower my rating somewhat because of this."
