"Tried to order a part that was in sale and got the order immediately cancelled because it was “unavailable”. I tried to follow up on how I could get it as I didn’t mind waiting as long as they honored the price. To make a very long story short it took forever to finally get a response and when I did it could be summed up with “I don’t know when it’ll be available or if we can honor the price, I doubt it but you can try calling toyota corporate”. Well I tried to reach out to toyota and they were closed from Wednesday through Sunday due to thanksgiving… couldn’t get my part and was going to stuck paying more for it and waiting longer after all that time and aggravation through another dealer that is currently also giving me a similar story."

Only issue was with vehicle prep. There was minor cosmetic damage to the vehicle, that was not caught by staff (once discovered, was. Also, all the tires were inflated beyond the recommended maximum psi as indicated on the tire (over 20psi above Toyota's requirement!), which is supposedly common in shipment, but needs correcting upon arrival. Wheel lugs still had blue and pink marker "slippage" marks.

The experience was easy, quick, and enjoyable - but just a bit more attention was needed for the vehicle prep. No worries, I'll live!"

"I was quoted on my 2012 Tundra $290 for front brakes and 1 replacement rotor, I was charged an inspection fee. I also asked to check my battery which was not done. After a few hours I received a quote of over $800 for the front and a total quote for over $3500. This is second time in a row I have had major issues with the service department.
1 positive I do have to say is parts department is great!!!"
