"What a NIGHTMARE, do NOT buy from this company!! If you do, hope you get the correct items. I ordered a total of 3 slipcovers, I received a tracking number for the first item but not the other two. I emailed to see when these would ship, I never got a response but the remaining two items showed up at my door relatively soon after I sent my email. However, one of the items was incorrect. I had to call 3 times and I sent another email before I could get them to take action. The first time I called they told me the other 2 items ship from another warehouse and someone would contact me the next day, I never got a call. The second time I called I was told they had been having problems with people receiving incorrect items and would make sure my item shipped today and I would be emailed a call tag number to return the incorrect item. Once again, no package showed up and no response. I thought I would try an email instead because they are on Eastern time and I'm on Central time and it was hard to find time to call during their business hours. No response to my email. The 3rd time I called I was given contact information, told I would receive an email with a call tag number and it could take a couple of days for the correct slipcover to ship. Well I received a call tag sticker on my door from FedEx so I called FedEx to see if I needed to take my package to a store since I missed them and they said no, just put it outside, they make 3 attempts to pick it up. Well I had it outside for 2 days and it never got picked up. I went online and put the number in their tracking info and discovered the package was already in transit to PA, they picked up the wrong package. I don't think FedEx is going to be able to stop the package before it is delivered to PA. I can only hope this package is my correct slipcover but its really hard to say since I don't even know if it has shipped yet because this company obviously lacks communication. Now I have to deal with getting the package delivered back to me and still getting the wrong one picked up. It's been a month now and I still don't have my slipcover. I would never buy anything from them again, it is not worth the hassle."
"I ordered 13 total pieces; I was sent 4 of the wrong materials. When I called customer service, I was initially told it was my mistake, that I should have looked at the product number. It took me some time to explain that the website did not show these numbers, rather I ordered by product name. So: their website was wrong, apparently. The name on the website did not correspond to the product in the warehouse. Eventually I received a mailing slip at their expense to exchange the product for the correct material. It is now almost December, and I have received no communication from Stretch and Cover unless I have initiated it. Each time I call or email, the story has changed: my order will be fixed immediately; the order will be fulfilled in 8 weeks; there is no ETA to fix my order, etc. I have now spoken with Leo Hsu who will take back my original order at MY EXPENSE with no guarantee to refund my order. He refuses to guarantee this because I have been using the slipcovers since July with the expectation that my order was to be completed “immediately.” He would not entertain the idea of an exchange. He did not seem to understand that this was poor customer service nor did he seem concerned that I would be contact the Better Business Bureau.
What it comes down to is this: Stretch and Cover failed to fulfill my order. They have since failed to rectify their mistake. They now refuse to refund my money.

They will NOT return phone calls or answer emails until after the 30 day return period is expired, undoubtedly because they would otherwise have a 100% return rate. The product is subpar at best. You would be better off with a $5 sheet."
"I placed this order on 12/09 far in advance in order to have it delivered by xmas. The Slip covers were not shipped until 01/17/06, kept getting different answers from customer service and no response after leaving several emails and messages. No compensation made by company, would not recommend them at all. Product good but service was unacceptable"
