"I am new to firearms and went to there web site to order a compensator for my glock 19 they have numbers and letters on order form and is very confusing ordered the wrong compensator because of this. Ok no problem my fault but trying to return and get refund is like pulling teeth they make it very difficult and it takes weeks to get your money back. I purchased a lower parts kit from them and believe it is much better than a DPMS or Armalite, possible better than Daniel Defense as well. Their ARCH Charging Handle is outstanding. The 'gas buster' feature works better than expected. at only $30 it is as good or better than the only other gas buster charging handle I know of that sells for over $100. They have about 6 other products I intend to order in the coming weeks to finish out an AR upgrade and I know every penny is well spent with Strike.
