"Awful experience with this company. I did all the research before making the purchase. Maybe it keeps the cold out if you live in the south but NOT in VT!! It says it's good to -14 degrees F. It got into the 30s and our barn was freezing. When I contacted the company, I was told they had never had that problem before. I was told it wasn't returnable because it was custom (even though I had to cut the metal for it to fit). I asked about any money back and was told no. They suggested buying the 16" vs 12". I told them there was no way I was spending another $250 to be told I'd not be able to return the next set when it didnt work and be out $500 vs $250. I would never recommend this company! I never write reviews but thus was the worst customer service I've ever experienced!"
"Bought replacement plastic strips. The factory forgot to cut my plastic material into the nine strips I ordered, and sent me one long roll of plastic. When I called customer service, I got some unpleasant guy who told me he wasn't sending a new order (,cut this time). I'm disputing the charge on my credit card."
"A month after placing and paying for my order, they emailed asking for more money to complete it (weird). I declined, and asked for a refund. This was over a month ago. Many emails and a phone call produce the same excuse, they need "permission from a manager" that never seems to materialize. I have been forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company."
"The curtain took well over month to receive. This was not explained, nor was I notified! Curtain was ordered 7'x 4" tall and 10' wide. Received 8' x 1.5" tall. Contacted the company and was required to wait another month to receive the correct one, but only after jumping through hoops sending pictures, invoices and shipping labels. I'll modify the wrong one before living this dream again!!!"

"$3300 dollar order placed on 10-30-19. It said three weeks until the items would be shipped and a week for delivery. I called on the 20th, I was told a week more until it's shipped. Called today 11/29, I am told another week until it's shipped yet again. I currently have a scissor lift in my warehouse I rented for a month for 600 dollars that I may have to have extended because they cannot stick to a schedule and get the items shipped out. Update on 12/12 received everything but the track. Which they are out of. So everything I ordered is useless to me right now. They are now sending from Canada. No way will I receive it within two weeks I bet. Unbelievable incompetence "
"Sent the wrong hardware even after confirming the order twice. Sales person was useless and wouldn’t help or let me speak to someone who could help me. His solution, resell me the hardware???? The salesperson hung up the phone on me when I demanded to speak with someone else.
