"I did not like that my tickets still had the original purchasers name on them, I wasn’t aware this was a norm as I’d never bought through stubhub before and it made me nervous I wouldn’t be able to get in once at the concert. Also, I paid what I thought was a fair price at the time of purchase but did not realize where the seats would be and then the day before the event tickets were available all of a sudden in our row for half the price I paid. I don’t know how that all works but I would have much rather paid the lower price had I known, but like I said this was my first time so I’ll keep that in mind if I buy through stubhub in the future."

My perception is that scammers are buying up the tickets from Ticketmaster and then jacking up the price and I find it unethical that I had to purchase tickets this way. Huge markup and I know that money is not going to the band but to some shady characters. Hate that this is the way it has to be done."
