Ticket prices are always higher than face value, so wouldn’t go to StubHub as a primary source for tickets, but when something is sold out, StubHub is reliable and the tickets are guaranteed. TLDR: tickets are expensive, but good when tickets are sold out on Ticketmaster."

"It was super frustrating to have to continually log in with my email, cell phone and Stub Hub code to show my tickets, to get into the game, to get to my seats, and to share copies of the tickets with the three other people I attended with each time we had to go get food or drinks. The MLB app shows your tickets in the app without having to log in each time. SO FRUSTRATING!!!!!!! I won't use stub hub again unless I can get paper tickets."

"When originally purchasing the tickets, the StubHub website made it seem like you had assigned areas, and closer areas were more expensive. When I got to the venue, it was open and not like that at all. I asked my friend how much she paid for her ticket and it was significantly less than what I paid. On top of that I asked if she was offered different seating if she paid more, she informed me that that wasn't an option. Being that I had never been to this venue, I wasn't aware that there was no assigned seating, so I paid more. When I received the tickets, there was no seating assignment. It's obvious that this company purchases as many tickets as possible and charges as much as they can for fans and take advantage. I will not be using this company again."
