"I purchased these tickets for my daughter to attend a concert. I knew they were in the wheelchair accessible area but when I looked it up on the stub seating chart it showed the seat number I got her was a seat. With room at the end of the isle for wheelchairs. When she got to the concert they pulled out a metal chair from a closet for her and her friend and sat them in an area next to a concrete stair case in which they couldn’t even see the stage( I have a picture of their view). She called me in tears as they were really looking forward to this concert and they literally couldn’t see the stage. The tickets cost $100 cad per ticket after fees and exchange that to me is a rip off for a concert you couldn’t see. Your seating maps need to be updated with information on buying in s wheelchair accessible area and view obstruction. I am really disappointed with my purchase and I hope someone does contact me about this."

"PUt the ACTUAL SEAT NUMBERS ON every offering. IF the seller doesn't want to put the seat numbers then tell him to sell elsewhere. Seat numbers dramatically affect worth and price and its a waste of my time to go thru the available seats without knowing if they are the last seat to the right or the a middle center. Most frustrating thing and cannot believe people buy without knowing seat numbers. Thats just scam material."

Tickets were supposed to be delivered electronically.... except neither of my electronic devices (iPhone, Amazon Tablet) could access them. iPhone couldn't install the Stubhub app, tablet could but they wouldn't load there. Neither device could even load them on the stubhub mobile website (the iPhone just kept reloading, the tablet claimed 'network connection issues' which were totally false). So I literally needed to borrow somebody else's device to go to the game."
