"I presented the tickets on my phone at the entrance and they did not work. They had no way to track them because I had bought them from a third party.It took me 20’ of going back and forth until I was allowed to get in. Not what I had expected for the most expensive tickets I ever bought in my life. An experience I will not repeat."

I was told the seats were very good, but whole section in the stadium from the seat to my left was emptied due to obstructed view. I purchased three seats that also had obstructed view because of a big tower right in front of us. The seats should have been sold as obstructed view or be included in the blocked-out section and not sold. It was a phenomenal event, but we didn't full experience."
