The second set stayed in the billing page due to repeat error messages. The purchase was never completed or confirmed on that device. So we switched devices and bought a set of tickets. Unfortunately somehow the other purchase ended up completing on your end and we were charged and after many messages and phone calls someone finally reviewed the transaction and could see that on our end their was no confirmation page. We had no way to know the purchase was complete and your company refused to issue us a full refund."
