"Purchased a 12-month license for an SPSS graduate pack in January 2012. Received and installed the software first week of February 2012. It worked great. Unfortunately, on March 2, 2012, I received an error message stating my authorization had expired. Studentdiscounts.com was not helpful. A doctoral-level statistics assignment is due Monday. The only way he would fix the problem was by waiting for me to return the CD to California from Virginia, then waiting for a replacement. They do not keep a record of authorization codes, so troubleshooting from that end was impossible. He suggested I spend AN ADDITIONAL $100 to purchase a download, while waiting for a refund on the disc I return. I DON'T THINK SO! I'm returning the product for a refund I hope they will honor in light of their defective product. I would not purchase anything from this company...unless you just have money to potentially waste.
