"I needed two tickets, for the 25$ deal, and although I got them, one of the flights was for the wrong airline, and both flights were under the same name. I sat on hold for 2 hours to get someone on the line for them to tell me that there would be a cancellation fee of 75$. They then said they could refund the ticket since there was a technology error, but I had no way of securing a new second ticket. If they are running a promotion like this they need to have a way to provide a promo code for the deal as well so when situations like this happen they are able to fix it. They also LIED when it says they can change the name if it is wrong by calling, they said they could not fix the name. I was treated poorly when on the phone, and I have no solution to my issue. "

"I booked a flight a week ago. Now, after 7 days I got an email that the reservation has been canceled for no reason and i’m being charged for a cancellation fee. I waited 50 minutes on the line just for them to take off any responsibility, although the reason for the cancellation according to them was some kind of automatic mismatch with some details. Of course they couldn’t tell there was a mismatch or what was it because the reservation’s no longer active. They said that it’s a common problem that happens all the time, and the solution is to just book a new flight. Unfortunately prices has gone up, but they’re not willing to do anything, whether it’s a voucher code or taking some of the price difference on them. On a second call, they said the problem is with my card that it doesn’t match my bank info, but truth is it doesn’t let you pay or book a flight if card details are incorrect. at some point the representative on the phone admitted it was their mistake, but before any further solutions could be addressed they ended the call."
