"Defective Product, Poor/No Customer Service.

I purchased a Buffalo Technology LinkStation Pro Duo 2 TB from the vendor. Product was shipped on time, but both the HDD had sector errors. This made be suspect this was a refurbished product, though not advertised as such. Contacted the vendor to return the product. After the initial, we will contact you shortly response, no response in over 10 days. Don't waste your money with them."

"I was nervous ordering from this company since I never heard of them before. I ordered the item from StuffBuff anyway because I new I had protection from Paypal. But I was pleasantly surprised as I received my order on time and quickly too.
