"So the ordering went well and everything was easy. I saved over $400 purchasing here vs the dealership but I had one scare. It said they usually ship within 1-3 days. For me, I didn’t hear anything and when I checked my credit card the “pending” charges dropped off as if the transaction never happened. I thought, “I knew it was too good to be true”. Called AMEX and they said that the vendor sometimes takes awhile to process but they would charge legitimately if/when they shipped. I called the warehouse and couldn’t get through to an actual person for several attempts but when I finally reached a person, this kind gentleman checked my order and confirmed it would be shipped out the next day. True to his word, I received and email confirmation of the shipping, it charged me as expected and a couple days later I received my 100% genuine Subie parts for a fraction of the cost!!
I’ll continue to shop here for my Subie for any and all parts moving forward.
Well…I guess that depends on what’s being shipped lol. I can save lots of money for a new bumper but the shipping fees for that particular part balance it out a bit. But everything else?! Pssshh no brainer!"
