"I am extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service demonstrated by SubaruPartsDeal. I was shipped an incomplete backseat cover for my Subaru - it was missing the center seat headrest cover. When I called customer service, I was assured the missing part could be sent. I was told I need to complete an online form to request the replacement. The response I received from the online request was that I actually needed to send the entire seat cover back just to receive the headrest cover. So, in order to address something that is 100% their fault (a missing piece), I have been asked to return the entire seat cover for a replacement. I just do not understand why they are being so ridiculous, unreasonable and uncooperative. I simply want the rear middle seat head rest cover that was not included with my order. So much for “feeling the love” that Subaru advertises as I can attest that I am certainly not. I will never shop with them again. "
