"I ordered an assortment of parts off the website on 7/12, received order confirmation, and paid for Best Standard Delivery (USPS First Class) at about $14.00 (these are small, low weight parts). At time of confirmation was given an ETD to dealership of 7/19. Was contacted two days later with a notification that 2 of the parts I ordered were discontinued. No big deal, that happens, hopefully they updated their website after my notification, so no one else tries to purchase the same items. Hopefully.

Still didn't receive a shipping confirmation or tracking number until 7/24. At that time a shipping label was generated, but have been checking tracking number for three business days and package still hasn't been transferred to USPS for actual shipment. It's now 7/27, two weeks after the initial order confirmation, and package has not shipped to my address.

Moral of the story is: Look out if you're on a schedule. These folks are in no hurry."
