"This is my second order with Subaru Parts Pro. The great prices (especially when they run sales periodically) are what keeps me as a customer. The UI/UX of the website is frankly, awful. Cumbersome, counter intuitive, and crazy-making are three words that come to mind when trying to navigate this website. Last, when they quote 3-10 days for delivery definitely count on the longer end. I cannot fathom why it would take >10 days to ship a small box from CT to RI (a drive which takes me less than 2 hours). TL;DR: great prices but have patience. Thanks "

Two parts that I needed to complete the job I assume we're out of stock, instead of informing me, they just shipped what was in stock and refunded me the amount for the out of stock parts.
