my two sons want to do their own mainenence and minor repairs. When one of them had their passengers side mirror damaged in a parking lot mishap I started searching the internet and quicly came accross SPW. I liked the good reviews I read but, loved the online order entry system very well designed and the exploded diagrams
views made it easy to find parts and part numbers at a grandular level. This company has a massive amount of subaru parts at discounted prices. I was very happy to have found this online purveyor of parts for my kids.
So feeling very pleased with myself I proceeded to place the order for the single part the I needed to repair the mirror on my sons 2019 Crosstrek
Well... then things got a bit frustrating
after being informed via email that my order may be delayed up to two weeks due to covid-19 and supply chain complications. Being a business man myself I voiced my concern and frustrations with this to customer service via email. My order was subsequently cancelled for what was assumed to be non-agreement with their order fulfilllment and shipping policies. This was a misunderstanding.
After having my origonal order canceled
in what I assumed to be in an arbitrary
mannor. I explained in great detail the situation that occured and the order was quicly reinstated. The problem I am convinced was more inadvertant than arbitrary and perhaps some improper input on my end may have led to the order inevitably being cancelled. The concise responce and very short turnaround time for resolution of the issue I had leads me to beleive this is a very well run, conscientious, professional and, responsive online merchant that is willing to learn from investigating mistakes even if they believe they are not neccessarily responsible for making them. Bravo SPW!
