"I ordered 6 separate parts for my Subaru. The first package contained only 1 of the 6 parts. When I called the seller to ask what happened, they apologized and said the remaining parts would ship via 2-day UPS. When that package arrived, I was still missing 1 part, so I contacted them again. The last part finally arrived in a third package via USPS Priority Mail. At no point in the process did the seller provide details on the status of the order (for example, to explain that different parts were shipping from different warehouses). I will not be ordering from this seller again."
