Very pleasant first experience

great.I ordered a wiper replacement and also a replacement battery for my headlight and
Joseph went above and beyond to see that
everything was installed .And he even drove
my car through the car wash for me. I'm not In the market for a new car now, but when I am I'll definitely shop at this location. Keep up the good work

Inept runaround, runaround, runaround

"That's right three times! Thrice there were small warranty issues with our new Camry. The way things were handled was both wrong & awful. It resembled something from an old sitcom like Green Acres. A face-palming situation. 1st they wrongly wrote the work order and attempted to charge me, then they had to undo their work, while I waited. 2nd they did not do the work and returned the vehicle as if it were repaired. It was obvious nothing had been done. Upon me pointing this out Suburban Toyota's service manager sent me to their body shop, at a different location, to do the work. 3rd Suburban has (thrice again!) put off replacing my deformed moonroof. They have taken photos on multiple occasions and have done NOTHING. I went to another Toyota dealer and told them about the appalling situation at Suburban. They ordered the part and are installing it next Monday. I was under the impression that this other Toyota dealership was much more customer friendly and perhaps desired demonstrating how much better their service was compared to Suburban's awfulness!"
