"I get great service in my local Subway and the choice of options is pretty good. The produce is always fresh and the meat is also fresh. Because of that, occasionally I will order a salad that has been made to order. The morning flatbread breakfast flatbread options are something new for me, but it would be nice if those choices were broadened."

"I was supposed to get a free sandwich after signing up on their mobile app, and thought it would be a good idea since I go there more lately. The app was fine, but the new employee they had working the counter not only wasn't sure what to do with the code on my phone, they gave me a 20% discount instead of the free sandwich, and then added chips to it when I said I didn't want chips at all which completely negated the discount and charged me more than if I had just oredered a regular sandwich with a drink!
It wasn't until I looked at the receipt after running my card that I realized she charged me 6 bucks for a 6 inch meal, when it should have been 1 or 2 dollars for only the drink and the 6 inch.
Please, train your new hires to give the correct discount codes or have a manager there who can enter them. It's not right to turn them loose and have them give minimal discounts then charge full price to people in essence screwing them over when they are willing to get texts and advertisements from you for a free sandwich that never comes if the person at the register doesn't know what to do."
"Subway offers a 1 point per dollar reward program via a user card. Once 100 points accumulate, you get a free footlong sub (a 5-7% rebate). However, as of Jan. 2015, Subway has added a 2500 word Contract to this card redemption offer! My 106 point accumulation on my card dropped to 61 points without redemption because, according to tele-rep, a three year expiration clause! What are they willing to do to my food if they play e this way with a silly free sub offer?"
"Online buyer beware, they penny pinch the toppings when ordering online. I also asked for extra meat (+2.50) and it was skipped, there wasn't any extras. The end result was a poor sloppy over dressed sandwich.
Also I ordered a salad with my order and it looked VERY weak. That salad had less food than the 6'' sub.
As a side note to the credit card ID verification, it's now broken with online ordering. Considering they're very careful on walk-ins.
Over all this was a very unacceptable purchase.
More than half the food was missing.

Failed to follow order directions.
