"I ordered pants from this company that came in MASSIVE. I'm not positive whether the measurements were inaccurate or whether the company was incompetent, but I'm starting to suspect the latter. The pants were so large that the tailor I took them to had trouble bringing them in enough to fit. I ended up having to send them back and request they remake them with new measurements done with the tailor. Sumissura sent back new pants made from the first set of measurements that were - again - massive - and told me they wouldn't remake them and that I needed to get them tailored. Now they're unresponsive to my requests. Do not trust this company!"
"Ordered clothes and I know that there is a 24hr cancellation policy but when I get a confirmation that it's estimated to be 2 weeks there would be no problems. 2.5 weeks later they advised me they had issues with their supply chain and logistics but they would have known that when they confirmed my order. It's over a month now, 2x updates later and they are still unable to provide me with an estimated delivery time and refusing an order cancellation. Condescending customer service, limited consumer protections due to their jurisdiction and misleading conduct to avoid opportunities to actually exercise our rights as consumers. Avoid them. "
"Ordered u-neck (V-neck) blouse that cost $80 (with shipping) but they sent me a crew neck blouse. I contacted them about their error and they said I had to pay to ship it back to them at which time they would make a new blouse with the correct specifications. I asked for a refund instead, because I dont even like the material - blouse looked cheap and not as pictured, but they said they will not issue a refund. I was even willing to pay to ship it back to get a refund on the blouse, but they refused. They advised of their no refund policy, which I understand because this is custom made, but they didn't make it correctly. On a side note, the tool used to determine measurements was pretty cool and did get my measurements correct. "
"There was an error with their website and it didn't delete a monogram in the order even though I definitely deleted it before placing the order (I am a very careful person and always double/triple check).
When I politely contacted them about this and asked for the monogram to be removed, the first thing they said was that it wasn't their fault and they won't give a refund or anything, and that I need to visit a local tailor to have this removed - I am buying online *because* I don't want to visit a local tailor.
Furthermore, they paused the work on my order for 4 days while going through the customer service process, even though I did mention that I was on a tight deadline, and I just found out that it's not only going to take an extra 4 days, but it will take an extra 2 weeks on top of the original 2 weeks time!
Horrible experience with the company, production, organization of the company, and customer service. This is the last place I would recommend to have a tailor made suit."
