I WAS a repeat customer - not any more!
I recently bought an HDMI cable from them for $65 and paid over $12 shipping. They sent me a defective cable so I had to pay over $12 AGAIN to ship it back. Then they deducted another $10 "payment reversal fee" from my refund even though their "chat" person told me twice that I could return it for a refund without that fee.
Bottom line: I'm out $35 with absolutely NOTHING to show for it.
My advice: DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM SUMMIT SOURCE that you would possibly return if not satisfied with it. Maybe something like a screw - because that's exactly what you'll get!
If you value low prices, free/low cost shipping, and excellent customer service shop anywhere but here. You'll be glad you did.

"wow, summit source was my choice of places for an antenna. giving up the cable and the dish, and going over the air. they had just what i needed, and when i called to ask for a special request they were able to pull that off too. it all arrived in great shape just 3 business days later, tacking number provided. And by now, i've already got my antenna up and receiving 44 over the air channels. "I ordered a filing cabinet from Summit Source a few months ago. Although the appearance of the cabinet was great, the manufacturing of it was very poor. The first time I opened the drawer, it broke! After many attempts of contacting the company through phone and email, I was eventually provided with feedback on how to fix the the filing cabinet. It took exactly a month until this happened, which was extremely upsetting since I spent approximately $600 on it. Since the time it was fixed, their customer service department has contacted me to check on my satisfaction with the product. Their customer service center is polite and willing to help out, although, not the most prompt with responding to customers needs and questions. "

"i think that what i see so for your price are vry good you are lower on some thing here in Greenville MS 38701. i think that your shipping cost is to high i think i think you need to take eack box to the place you are shipping and get pice per LB from the company the last order you are shipping to me is by the post office the other order was ship by UPS i think iwas bill for 9.00 dollars it should have been ship 3th are 4th class mail it would cost lower this all i have so for on this order the first order i wrote you about the cost you had on lime i did not get at that price so thay made think about this second order. i have found a company that sell what you do but your prices are about 3.00 dollars to 4.00 dollars lower if the company had been the same price i would order fro this this new company i hope this help i use a TV antenna to look at my Show for over 50 years now that is why i have outside antenna and one in the attic as my back up one"

"WOW!! OK where do I start? First, the item I purchased was at least 30% less than at other retailers, and believe me, I did my due diligence. I usually don't purchase items from smaller internet retailers (I usually stick with the majors...amazon, newegg, tiger direct) because of return policies. However, while I have no need to return the item, I was shocked by the speed of delivery, and the accuracy of the order for this store. The product was at my door before the shipping email notification got me to me.....how is that for FAST delivery? The best customer service is the customer service you never need to contact.
As far as the item I purchased, absolutely no complaints so far (its only been 3 days though). If this transaction remains without issue, this store has a new customer! I sure hope I don't have to come back and edit this review later......
Just as a sidenote, they also have an ebay storefront, which sometimes charges more for product and shipping, so check their website for the product you are looking at to perhaps save yourself a few bucks. "
"I recently placed an order with Summit Source for the first time. The order was quickly processed and shipped. Communications from Summit Source regarding the status of my order and tracking number were promptly sent out. When the delivery date came and went I checked the UPS tracking number and it indicated my item had been delivered but I did not receive it. I immediately contacted UPS and Summit Source. I was pleasantly suprised to receive a response from Summit Source the next business day. They provided some old fashioned customer service by diligently working with UPS to trace the original shipment, and when it did not turn up they promptly sent a replacement item. They provided a good product and more importantly pleasant and responsive customer service. I would not hesitate to buy from them again."
