"This was a great buy from Summit Source and rapid shipping except for one thing. Summit source is in the habit of packing several items in one box, possibly to save shipping charges for customers, but that comes with risk of damaging some of the items due to compression. It almost happened to one of the antennae that I bought, but luckily it was only the package that was crushed. The answer to this would be to use bigger boxes if several items need be put together.
My second grudge for this purchase is that Channel Master 4020 antenna that I bought is listed on Summit Source website to include a 6 foot coaxial jumper cable with connectors to connect to your TV. I did not receive that. I had paid for one cable and was expecting to receive the one I paid for plus the one supposed to come with my antenna. I received only one."
