"Purchased a pair of Tom Ford Mathias about 2 weeks ago. Shipping time was good - received the glasses about 5 bus days later. The glasses seemed completely legit. I compared them to the Markos which can be bought here (Australia) and chatted to some sunglass stores about it but the sunnies seemed to be legit. However they had a fault - one of the lenses was fixed slightly crooked in its frame. The website clearly states their items are defect free and they dont sell second grade items, but these things happen so I wasnt overly fussed by this, plus I assumed I could promptly organize a replacement/refund. Its been four business days since I emailed them about this and I have yet to receive a reply. This is growing into BS but ill be patient. Ill give them at most another a week before I start other means of contacting them and looking into my legal options. But Ill see what happens. As long as I get a refund or a suitable replacement then Im not too fussed how long it takes."

It's been almost two weeks with no notice and I had a difficult time contacting suntimeonline.com No-one answers the 1-***-***-**** number, and I left two messages with my order number. I did get a response, the first was an email, then a telephone call after my second message.

Live chat worked once, a operator named Jay said he couldn't help me, that I would have to talk to the warehouse. He gave me they same phone number shown above.

I am disappointed that the card was charged so early and outside of their 24 hour before shipping policy. I am awaiting credit for my charge, and hope that they may still provide the item that I ordered. They said they would call in a couple of days if what I wanted was in the next shipment. Their excuse for not delivering the first time was somewhat reasonable, so I am giving them a second chance to deliver.

We'll see.

Final Edit: So I got a phone call a few weeks later saying they had the sunglasses that I originally ordered. They also asked if this was my review. Feel free to make assumptions now...

Frankly, I was happy that they had what I wanted as I did not have the time to look elsewhere since. The frames were delivered, credit card charged accurately, and shipped promptly.

I'm bumping up the ratings a bit as they do care about their online reputation. I don't know if I would order from SunTimeOnline again. "
