"I ordered a Brother TN570 toner cartridge for a Brother 8220 FAX printer. It was described as "Comp Bro TN570 Tnr" on the invoice. It cost $52, and I paid another $20 for 2nd day shipping. It came on time in a perfect box. Unfortunately, when I opened the box and the plastic bag containing the toner cartridge, loose toner went everywhere. The inside of the bag was loaded with toner. My hands were covered with black toner, the table top covered also. The outside surface of the toner cartridge itself was covered in toner like a piece of fried chicken rolled in flour. I couldn't use this messy thing, so I called to ask for a refund. Company has not offered to cover my payment for 2nd day shipping. Never again."

"Purchased a fuser for an on HP LaserJet and this was the only site that had a reasonable price. The price was $75-100 less than any other site and included free shipping. The price was inflated for such an old printer but Sundatasupply had the right price.

I was a little worried, having never heard of this company and was a little skeptical that I would receive a working unit or a knockoff, but I inspected the item and it was HP manufactured and refurbished perfectly. I have been using the fuser vigorously for a month now and it has performed perfectly.

What really prompted me to write this review is the fact that a day or two after I received the item, I was contacted by a customer service representative who asked of the item arrived and if it was working as intended. This was something not many companies do and really sold me on their business. I would definitely recommend and buy from this company again for my printing needs. "
