"Buyer beware of this retailer, though they do offer a discounted price for sunglasses their shipping is just about horrible. The website says that shipping will take from 7- 10 days, it took more like 3 weeks. I had to send them 3 emails for them to respond and let me know where the package was in the system. I probably could have spent the extra 20 bucks and bought my sunglasses straight from the manufacturer and had them 2 weeks earlier on top of that. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company. They don't even offer a phone number for you to call (sketchy at best). "

"I bought a pair of Serengeti's for about 40% below list price (including a 15% off coupon code I found online). Shipping wasn't the fastest - I ordered on a Wednesday afternoon, they were shipped the following Monday, and because they were coming USPS, they arrived the Monday after that. Also, not all of the extras they advertised online were included. I sent an email inquiry about that but never heard back. Regardless, the price was excellent and if you don't need them right away and don't care about the extras, it's a very good deal."

After reshipment nearly 2 months ago I'm still waiting for an answer and the refund. No answer by emails and no money.
So I have no glasses and no refund.
So I've learned not to order in the United states and to buy my glasses in Germany. It is not possible to get my money.
This shop is a con-artist one.

I ordered 2 pair of glasses, one for $25 and one for $80.
The box arrived with only the $25 pair. I had been charged for both pair as soon as I placed the order.
4 emails, no reples. Eventually on email 5 they responded saying that the $80 pair were sent seperately.
4 weeks later I demanded a refund and got one for $25! They refunded me for the pair that I had recieved not the pair that I hadnt.
More emails, no reply. Had to lodge a complaint with Paypal and finally got the balance of my money 8 weeks after placing an order.
Im sure that this is a common practice and that they just hope that people will give up."

"Ordered a couple of accessories based on low price and free shipping. No tracking number in the confirmatory email. I emailed the company and was told that the items had shipped, but shipping would take three weeks. It seems that the company is really offshore, probably in China.
I don't have a real problem with that per se, but future customers need to be aware of the fact that they are ordering something from China, and not Yorba Linda, California. I will likely not use them again. "

"This company claims "fast UPS" delivery. They also "claim" to notify you if an order is "Out of stock."
I placed an order and paid extra for 3 day delivery. They immediately acknowledged the order by email when placed. However, they waited 6 days to process it and shipped it so late that now I have to wait 6 days to get an order that I paid to receive in 3. Needless to say, it won't be here for Christmas. The email I sent them regarding this has been ignored... Clearly, customer service is a low priority."
