"Terrible experience, stay away! Purchased sunglasses 2 weeks before a birthday for a gift. Hadn't received shipment info and called Sunglasses Internationale. Unfriendly rep said sunglasses were on "backorder" which wasn't mentioned at time of purchase. Cancelled order 2 weeks ago and still haven't been reimbursed. Everytime I attempt to call the phone number on the website, it's a recording or fax machine pick up. Left multiple messages without a call back. I think they may have stole my $150. Hope this helps, NEVER buy from this place."
" placed an order with this store a few weeks before Valentine's Day as a gift for my husband. I called to customer service and had the shipping address changed two days after the order was placed and the representative didn't correctly enter the address(left out the mail box number). I spoke with customer service several times after that trying to make sure the package would be delivered on time, reassured every time that everything was fine and I should receive it with no problem. The day after V-day I tracked the package to find that the address was wrong and the package had been returned to sender. I contacted customer service again that day and was told that if the order was in stock it would be shipped out that day instead of me having to wait, and that I would receive an email or a call letting me know. The next morning with no email or phone call, I contacted customer service again and was informed that the order wasn't in stock and I would have to wait. I decided at that point with the poor customer service and the new rudeness of the representatives I would simply cancel the order and go elsewhere to get my husband's gift. I was told by that representative that the order would be cancelled. The call was ended early because of the lack of customer service (I was basically told that it was my fault that the address was incorrect and there wasn't anything they could do about it). The next week I called back to customer service after tracking the package to get an idea of when I would receive my refund, and was told at that time that the package would be shipped again once it was returned (THE PREVIOUS AGENT HADN'T EVEN CANCELLED THE ORDER)! I cancelled the order again and am still waiting for the refund!! I will go elsewhere to purchase my husband's (late) gift. I will not do business with this company again and would not recommend it to anyone I know!

Customer Service e-mails were answered very quickly. They keep plenty of items in-stock, unlike most online sunglass sellers. Will gladly do business with them again. The are authorized dealers.
