"I purchase a pair of Prada glasses- a week later I was called to say that they did not have my size, so I asked to cancel. Matt insisted that I try the size he had, that I would not notice the difference. He would throw in free shipping and a return label if I didn't care for them. It was a hard sell and I should not have fallen for it. The glasses came and they did not fit. I packaged them up and used his return label and sent back. It has been 3 months, and I have emailed, called and left messages, called my back, paypal, etc.....NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE AND HE HAS STOLEN $170 FROM ME. He knows how long to ignore you so that it goes over paypal or banking timelines. I call them at all hours, from all numbers, so that he doesn't ignore me, but nothing. And I am in the east coast, so I can't just drive there- I have waited this long to write a bad review, but this is just flat out theft. I work hard for my money and cannot get over having $170 stolen from me like this, specially since I had faith in his hard sell and gave him a try. I would pick "no star" if I could."
