"I created an account and ordered from them at the end of December 2010. I printed the screen with my order confirmation number, but never received any sort of email order confirmation. When I noticed this, I went back to their site a day later hoping to log in and print a confirmation, but their site had mysteriously crashed and was not accessible. A few days later the site was back up but my account was no longer accessible. I emailed customer service hoping for some assistance, but no reply came. There's an option on the site to check your order status using your order number. I copied the order number from my screen cap and used it, but the system said my order didn't exist! It was starting to look like a classic scam.

A few days later, the company posted a tracking number through Paypal. Unfortunately the number they posted was invalid as it was too short. I tried contacting customer service again to ask for assistance and perhaps for someone to check the tracking number, but again received no response. I waited a few weeks and emailed them again after other items I had ordered from companies in HK/China had arrived, and still received no reply.

So much for their "good" customer service. It took me opening a Paypal dispute to receive any kind of communication from them, where it amazingly took 1 day for them to reply. Incidentally, my item did arrive and was in acceptable condition, there was no invoice with it. However, I was not pleased by their lack of customer service. I think it is ridiculous that they could not take the time to reply to 1 of my emails. Writing 1 email to me over the period of 3.5 weeks would have cleared up the situation. I won't be buying from them again.
