Abysmal Customer service. I’ve made multiple orders from them, but this is the last one.

"From items in stock that mysteriously disappear ( even though the manufacturer has them in stock); to the orders separated for no reason showing up delivered (of course they weren’t); this is a company to avoid at all costs. I’ll be disputing charges with my credit card provider immediately."

Easy pull-on "holes" a must!

"Bought a size bigger with the pull up loops. Already hiked around our frozen snowshoe trails 2 miles. Feet are warm and dry. 8's without the "holes" were just too hard to get on and off. Daughter gets the pair that arrived last week. Fit her perfectly :)"

Obvious inventory system issues, note other day se

"Ordered 3 items..2 shipped took 3+ days to ship, lame but whatever I ordered Cyber Monday. Items came as described, new and what I ordered. Prices were good not drop dead great. I was hoping to get the gear for a weekend outing so it was a little annoyed they didn't ship until Friday However the 3rd item was the real issue.

There was a claimed 2 package shipment so I never checked on the 2nd tracking number. The only item I really ordered through them specifically as they are the only ones that had it. I wanted the larger size but it went out of stock, so the smaller was acceptable but not my first choice. I placed the order than that size went out of stock, sweet, go the last one. But the second item never shipped, when I go the package of the 2 other items and was surprised there was not another package I looked and saw the second never shipped. So I called (Wednesday week after Monday order) and got the same answer others have from Nancy about warehouse issue blah blah blah, but the bigger ones were back in stock on the website price was a wash and she gave me upgraded shipping, so I was like fine it works out better. 3-4 work days go by and it had not shipped again. Call Nancy (Friday 2) and some other warehouse excuse but they had it and would for sure ship it Tuesday (2 weeks after order), until this morning I got an email that it is out of stock and would ship when back in stock (even though it is a closeout). In the meantime the smaller ones are back in stock on their website, some inventory management issues for sure.

Long story short, not a scam, just poorly ran business. Prices aren't worth the hassle, lost a customer for life. This reflects poorly on Adorama Camera. Considering returning everything for wasting my time.

Don’t Waste Your Time

"I ordered a pair of shoes that, to be honest, appeared to be too good a deal to pass up. According to the website, most orders ship within one business day. After about a week, my order status remained “in process” so I called customer service to find out when the order would actually ship. I was told the order would ship promptly. However, after another week, the status still hadn’t changed so I called customer service again. This time I was told there was a shipment of shoes in their Tennessee warehouse and that my shoes would be shipping shortly. Several days later, the company canceled my order, indicating the shoes were damaged and not sellable. As a consolation, I was given a coupon for 15% off any regular priced item. Huh? Wow! A whole 15% off for nearly three weeks of frustration. During the time I was waiting for the shoes to ship, I missed out on several Black Friday opportunities to get them on other sites. By the time my order had been canceled, all of those sites were out of stock.

I can’t imagine wasting my time trying to purchase anything from this site ever again.

"I ordered a Jet Boil from their website. The delivery time was really fast, the item was exactly as advertised, the price and shipping (free!!!) were the best I found after perusing a considerable number of other sites. "Ordered 4 jackets and it took them 5 days to finally ship out one. The rest were back-ordered and canceled after 4 days? worse online shopping experience ever, the customer service told me that is 'normal' that the jacket was listed to sell but is actually out of stock already!!. avoid this company"

"I was looking to purchase two pairs of bear claw boots for my wife ! After doing some digging for the best deal I came across this company!! They had the exact boots for 30$ cheaper each pair then any other website I had searched ! I got standard free shipping & got them delivered within 3days of purchasing !
