Called Sunny's support line and they told me, "sometimes the carrier misses a scan, rest assured it will show up, just wait." So I waited...and waited, and nothing. Sunny Sports told me it must have been lost and unfortunately we don't have the item anymore. Essentially, they hooked me online with a price, but didn't have the nerve to inform me they could not honor that price. Be wary."
