"I ordered a part 11 days ago. I have not heard anything back since. The website says I'll receive an email when my order is ready.. 11days! Originally the estimate was to receive it between 7-10 days! So it isn't even ready yet; 5-7 more days to ship and no communication from Sunplay.
15 Mins after sending them an email 'complaint', I received a response saying my order was deemed fraudulent. It took 11 days and a complaint from me for them to tell me that. I wasted 11 days waiting for a part.
I asked why my order was deemed fraudulent; their system doesn't tell them 'why'.
A second email followed saying my order has been cancelled per my request. I made no such request to cancel.
I'll wait to see if my Credit card is credited back.
Needless to say, with poor communications and a sketchy explanation of why they didn't ship my part and why they didn't tell me about it until I complained...
