Ordered a pump in stock on 9/3/2019. 42 days later, (after ignoring three emails) they told me we are processing your order and cannot guarantee a delivery date. WTF?? For an "in stock" item to take 42 days to process?! AND it hasn't even gone out for delivery? I sent a few emails and tried calling the "online customer support" with little help. The online customer support I had to wait about 40 minutes for someone to answer. Then once I got a person on the phone, I could hear another woman in the background almost yelling to a customer that the order was being processed and she could not guarantee any delivery dates. Literally the exact same thing I was told by email. When my customer service rep finally pulled up my account, he claimed "there are a lot of notes in here I need to look into". So he then put me on hold. While on hold I received an email from the "****@**** that simply said "Thank you for contacting us, your request to cancel your order has been submitted and is currently being processed. A refund will be issued back to your credit card. $1054.34"
And just like that is how they handled my order. They jacked me around for 42 days and then refunded me without my consent. They just did it.
I feel like they are taking peoples money, investing it until there is a serious problem, and then refunding it before the FBI shuts them down for stealing. what a SCAM!"
