"I tried to purchase two identical items from Sunplay, which their system said were both in stock. When only one of the item shipped, I called and they admitted their system was incorrect, and it would be at least several weeks for the second item to come in. I cancelled the remainder of the order, and tried to stop the first shipment. The customer service representative said it was no problem, and I could just return the item once it arrived. When I did so, they did not fully refund my purchase. When I again called it was apparently the same agent, who said she told me I would be charged for the return label the first time we talked, which was a COMPLETE LIE, as I would have challenged it then. If they can't actually have their system inventory updated, or at least own up to their mistake and make it right when it happens, I will shop elsewhere in the future."
