"The prices seems too good to be true and I understand why now. Nothing is in stock, and I mean 90% of the swim items listed online are "temporarily unavailable". No goggles, no fin sizes, no snorkels, etc. When I call customer support to order or ask questions, no one answers the phone line. I read the BBB report and they have a F rating. But the prices seem good. If this website is legitimate and actually mail my order of 5 items within 2 weeks, I will followup with an honest review. "

"Ordered online for multiple items. Order status keep showing in process and after a few days shows as unfulfilled.
I called them every single day for 4 days and not one picked up the phone, left message but never got called back, emailed them but never got replied. Finally after 1.5 weeks, someone pick up my call and told me they don't have one of the items and it would be another week for it to come to them.
I told them that I almost dispute the chargers on my credit card since I could not contact them. She just said, ok, I can cancel it for you. There is no intention to make things right on the order, not even an offer we can send the rest of the item first and send the back ordered one later, nothing, they just want to cancel it and be done with it. I was surprised with the response. I won't do business with them anymore."
