"AVoid these guys! I ordered outdoor lighting from Sunrise Lighting in California and decided to return a couple of items that did not work for me. Sunrise refused to accept the return and were very rude and unprofessional about it. They said they absolutely can't return any "custom lighting" and hung up the phone on me, and in a second phone call called me an obscene name and hung up again.
I did not realize I was ordering non-returnable "custom lighting" just because I specified the color of the fixtures. I would not have a problem with that policy if they stated it clearly on the website, but they do not. Instead, the terms and conditions page of the website talks a lot about returned items being subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be returned within 30 days. Then later on, buried in fine print, it says items "may or may not be returnable, in their discretion." Then on the phone this manager guy tells me they are absolutely not returnable. Gotcha! Sunrise is disreputable and should be avoided.
