"Not a good experience. Ordered a couple tires they showed as being in stock. Received an email the next day stating that they were actually not in stock but would be in "any day". I emailed them 4 days later asking what "any day" meant since I wanted these for a race which is why I ordered from Sunrise Tri because they said they had them in stock. i did not receive a reply. A couple days after that I emailed them again asking for the status of the order and again I did not receive a reply during business hours. I finally cancelled the order and ordered elsewhere, now having to pay for expedited shipping, because Sunrise Tri didn't come though.

After cancelling the order I FINALLY received a reply saying they don't monitor their employees every minute of every day (I don't expect them to, but I do expect an employee to answer an email sent to their general sales/ordering address sooner than 6 days). They also stated they have too many products to keep the website up to date...well then don't show availability if you can't keep it up to date! And you should at least update the site to unavailable if someone has ordered the product and you don't have it. It was a pretty half hearted, excuse filled apology, not admitting they screwed up...but they hope I order from them again. I don't think so."

"Much of what I ordered was out of stock. If an item is out of stock then the website should show that. Simple."

"Although I was unable to get the tri suit I've been wanting for a while (wait too long and it gets sold out), my experience with the people at Sunrise has always been pleasant and helpful. The turnaround time with ordering the merchandise is amazingly quick and the merchandise itself is always great quality. A recent online order I had completed; my error I included a wrong delivery address. I called Sunrise and within 5 minutes had a revised confirmation email. Cathy fixed it instantly(thanks Cathy).
