"I bought a motherboard from Sunset Marketing in August (they are now QbitPC). The board went bad in February and has a three year warranty. I called them and told them about the problem. They gave me an RMA number. The RMA section of the "Policies" page said
"Any product not in good condition with damaged box and/or missing parts, manuals, registration forms or other items can NOT be returned for restock". Since they cannot restock a defective board, I did not return the manual or IDE cable that came with it. They refused my RMA and returned the item, charging my credit card without so much as the courtesy of a phone call. After I complained, they changed the "Policies" page to read "Any product not in good condition with damaged box and/or missing parts, manuals, registration forms or other items can NOT be returned for restock or replacement". In my opinion, these people do not deserve my business or anyone else's for that matter. Avoid Sunset Remarketing and QbitPC if you value your money. "
