Due to manufacturing issues (ordered 50 - was told that 25 of them were damaged), the Cat ears were delayed in shipping by about one week. This cost us sales. I wish they had shipped the "good" cat ears to us, and sent the remaining 25 later. Disappointed that the only communication was via email - no customer service phone number to call. Overall, the product sold well once we got it. "
