I placed my order on Sunday, called mid-week to add a set of VeloPlugs (little plastic plugs that replace rim tape) and my order shipped early the following week.

The wheels arrived very well packaged, with a copy of VeloNews and a second set of VeloPlugs in an envelope (I'm not sure if this second set of plugs was intentional). Aside from the somewhat slow shipping (which I was already aware of from the ebay reviews), this was a good purchasing experience. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from SuperSpokes again, given the extremely competitive pricing."
