"This is the wost online service i dealed with, on feb23 made an order for few items and i paid extra money to be shipped and delivered in 2 days. Because i needed them before feb27 because i am traveling after that in few dayss, so and i wont be around . On feb25 i called supersupl asking about my order and that no one sent me any email about a tracking number, the reply was your order is still processed and nobody knows why. I called again on feb26 i got the same response and then i needed to speak with someone knows because in this company it seems nobody knows anything. No one even email you or call you to tell you that they will not deliver on time they just say we are not allowed to call anyone. On feb 27 call again i got the same response your order is still processed And we don't know why, then i asked them to cancel the order and refund my money because they did not deliver on time. They said we Cannot cancel orders. After several calls and telling i don't need the order anymore and this is the worst service or experience i ever had with an online store. Their customer support is the worst ever, nobody knows aything in this company! They dont care about their clients, they dont even email you and explain or even tell you sorry for the lame service they have. it's simple no one seems to care!"
"I had a horrible experience recently,
I am not sure which is worst, the store where I picked up my order or the overall online and processing of the orders.
I ordered online several items. I got a phone call that my order was ready for pick up. From my end everything seemed fine. My credit card showed the transaction as being charged for the full amount, my confirmation email showed all items ordered shipped.
However, once I arrived at the store I only received a partial order. There was nothing on the packing slip showing the missing item as back ordered or unavailable. I was a little upset, but I got even more upset at the manager's response. He says this is all common. The company didn't really charge me for the entire order, they merely just authorized the entire amount.
Well, no. One week later the charge to my credit card is the full charge including all of the items. The company didn't deduct the missing item like the manager implied or the amount was reversed and the correct amount charged.
When I asked the manager why didn't they have the courtesy to notify me that they were only shipping a partial order, he replied that they're too busy and don't have the staff. I am stunned.
Suffice to say I am getting a charge back with my credit card company as filed a formal complaint. I won't be buying again online from SS . I'll try to buy from someone else my Vitamins from now on.
BTW, the correct name of this business is Super Supplements,not SuperSupplements."

"I made a order with this company on 8-9-2012 (Thursday) and they shipped the item just today 8-14-2012. This store gets a No Star rating from my end. There promise was to ship out within 24 hours. Therefore the order should have gone out on Friday.
Another thing is there webpage. Whenever you open up there page there will be a annoying advertisement first and you can not browse there webpage until you clicked "No Thanks" window.
