"So I had a bunch of items in my cart - after a couple hours - the cart had nothing - sort of frustrating as i was trying to build an order. So I ordered the one item rather than the 10 I had in the cart. And this was after chatting with their customer service rep for an hour - all that work we did was wasted and I have to start over.

Trying to find stuff by searching is difficult - what would be nice is if they either had more options for choosing on the left side bar or if they allowed a search option on that left bar once you get to the general item you want, you can search within that item. To expand on the first point, some left bar options that would be helpful are voltage, phase, amps, hp - you know, general electrical jargon. Cheap pricing is great, but if it takes 2-3 hours of work to get it all, is it worth it? "
