"I attempted to get information regarding some contactors and apparently no one at Superbreakers can help you unless you have a specific part number. They just refer you to their website where, unless you know the manufacturer's code for their items, you must open each item and scan it to see if it is the one you need.

"Worst service EVER. Part was ordered from them with expedited delivery but they forgot to let us know that it was on back order. I called many times to get status the day it was due with no response (they kind of also forgot to put outgoing message that office was closed that day). I had to email many times with even more calls. minimal responses to emails. No responses to calls. After talking to several different people ( my primary contact who was "helping" me was "out"), I finally called and verified that the item had been shipped ( turns out that they also forgot to send me a shipping verification even after all the back and forth and them knowing I was unhappy. When I asked the last guy who the "customer service" (I use the term very loosely) supervisor is- he was giggling as he gave me the supervisor's name. I can't wait to see which of his buddy coworker's name he gave me- will be calling back to make sure that I have the right person. Mistakes are understandable. Rude/indifferent/obnoxious and time consuming are not. The only redeeming factor was that they paid for shipping but I would rather have paid it and saved myself hours of time and aggravation. Save yourself the same- stay away!"
