The fog lights on the other hand omit almost zero light, they fit perfectly etc but are extremely dim. I immediately put the old bulbs back in.

"I bought reverse (White 7440) and all four signal lights (amber 7443) LED bulbs for my 2015 Impreza Wagon, as specified on the Super Bright LEDs site.
The reverse LEDs installed and work great.
The signal LEDs kept burning out fuses, tried changing polarity and everything I could think of.... more research and I found out there are CK type bulbs, that have a different polarity for the wiring and thats they type my vehicle uses.
So while the LEDs are good, the bulbs specified by Super Bright were incorrect.
Of course my first thought was to exchange them, so while looking for the contact information, the return policy clearly states that opened packages can not be retuned without going through the hassle of jumping through hoops to get an RMA. "

"I received someone else's order. After contacting customer service and dealing with manager, I asked if they could expedite me the lights I ordered. I was told they would upgrade shipping to UPS Ground (which was actually a downgrade) or credit me back my shipping cost. I explained how I was waiting on lights to get a vehicle back together and was told they couldn't do anything to speed up shipping. After canceling the order and finally getting the refund I still was charged for shipping on something I never received. I have bought from Super Bright for many years as has my father too. After this experience I doubt I will ever make another purchase from them again. Super Bright has great product but how management and customer service runs business needs work. "

"I got the WLED-AHP5 lights to replace the front corner parking lights (916 bulb) on my 1997 F-350 since I have the clear lenses with amber bulbs. When I could not find the incandescent bulbs in the stores when I needed them, I searched online.

In my search online, I found Super Bright LED bulbs and decided to try them. They are definitely brighter than the incandescent bulbs they replaced and fit right into the socket without issue. So far, they've been a good minor upgrade to my truck."

"This RGBW wire does not look the wire pictured on the superbright website. The wires are not in the same order. Therefore they do not line up with the contacts on the LED strips they are being soldered to. When a tech, such as myself has to solder 100 RGBW wires to LED strip contacts that are less than a mm apart, overlapping color coded wires to reach their proper position would mean cutting and stripping 3 of the individual tiny wires at different lengths in order to reach their proper contact. How is that humanly possible? Even when the wires and contacts are in the same color sequence, this is very exacting work. I just expect the item to be the same as the one pictured on the website.
But most of all, I would expect SuperBrightLeds.com to give me a full refund for their mistake.
I even sent them a piece of properly manufactured RGBW wire that looks like the stuff pictured on their website."

They are bright and seem to conform to the 1530 lumens rating. So many suppliers either do not specify the lumens or just say 100 watt equivalent - and only 1000 lumens. The standard 100w lumen brightness based on my research is 1500. I purchased the 4100k which is indeed near daylight, and great for puzzles that require good color rendition.
This is my second order from SBL and the fourth product, all being better than expected.

"I have a very mixed review. The good part is the products look and work better than you would expect for the price. The bad part was that one of the products appeared to be used or a return that was restocked and also, the batteries in one of the remotes are very difficult to find. Why would I need to find batteries so soon after receiving my products you may ask? Well, this is the ugly part. One of the remotes had flat batteries that had oozed chemicals out and corroded the inside of the remote. I had a hell of a time cleaning that mess. At this point I am sitting the fence on if I'm going to use them again."
