"I purchased a pair of boots for my husband from Super Casuals. Their website was easy to navigate, they had the best price I could find anywhere for my item and standard shipping was free! Two days later, (from New York to NW Ohio) the boots arrived. Super Casuals service was quick, easy and professional. The boots are great and I plan on doing business again with Super Casuals!"

"Iam very unsatisfied in the way this company conducts its buisiness. I call customer service to ask if my order was shipped on 12-19-11. The gentlemen that was helping me told me it was delivered on the 12-16-11. Upon completing his research we discover that it was delivered to the wrong address. He tells me UPS had the wrong address and it is UPS's fault. Being a customer Iam not concerned who's fault it is. Im concerned Iam out $96.00 and have no boots. I sold my home on the 16th and the address it was sent to has been empty for a year. The gentlemen asked if i could check the home to see if the package was still there. I check and there was no package. The gentlemen informes me i can purchase another pair and will be reimbursed after they have tracked the other pair. I don't know what planet this would be considered acceptable to ask a customer to buy another pair when they or the company they use to ship made the mistake. I requested my money back but was told nothing will be done until UPS finishes there investigation. This will take at least 5 days to complete. They have the worst customer service of any company I have purchased items from online. Iam sure when they ship to the right home they are a good company but if there is an issue it is a huge inconvience on the customer. Learn from my issue and steer clear of Super Casuals. There are so many other companies Iam sure would do a better job in this situation. Regardless of the outcome I will request my money back and give it to a more deserving company.
Very Unsatisfied Customer

My issue is not with the fact it was sent to wrong address. that is a common and simple mistake. My problem was with the customer service and the solution of purchasing another pair of boots that they had sugested. We all make mistakes, how we remedy them is another issue. Super Casuals dropped the ball so to speak on this one. Its convienent that after my review was posted they desided to send me out a new pair when prior to the review they said it would be at least five days until the investigation was complete. hmmmm, interesting, Iam curious to how long it would have taken to fix if I hadnt posted a review.

"It was great. They got the order there in plenty of time and it was shipped to Alaska. I am not sure what happened, but the boots we got had some dirt on them and no packing in the box, like they might have been returned. Just wondered what happened."

"Your invoice said that you shipped me two pairs of muck boots (men's size 11) but I only got one and had to call to get it straightened out.
Now I have to wait 2-3 business days to get the other pair.

"the shipping was very fast I was happy with the product that i recieved. It was exactly as described. The only issue I have was the box that the boots came in. The box was smashed in on all but one side and very scrapped up. I would have given 5 stars if the box had not been so severly damaged."
