"I have done business SDC-Photo in the past and have always been very pleased. Their customer support is above and beyond any other company that I have ever dealt with. I build computers for students at a local community college in Houston, Texas and have bought from dozens of different online stores. What brought me back to SDC this time was trying to find some ATI R9 280X video cards. As anyone knows who is trying to find these cards everybody is sold out due to BitCoin. SDC not only is getting me what I want but calls me on my cell phone letting me know the status of my order. Plus they are cheaper than any other company that is legit. Trust me, just because there may be online sites that say they have these cards in stock it is just a ploy to get you in. As soon as you order from them you will receive an email telling you that they are on back order and your order has been cancelled. SDC will call you and give you the option of waiting for these hard to find video cards to come in or you can cancel your order. Believe me though they will do everything in their power to get your order filled. The customer service is the most outstanding, professional, kind and willing to keep you as a valued customer over any company I have ever done business with. If you don't believe me, just order from them and you will see for yourself. I will only buy from SDC over any other online store due to their willingness to sell high quality products and a very reasonable price if not the cheapest that you will find. Beware of other companies that promise but can't deliver. I never thought that I would stop purchasing from Newegg because they are a very reputable company also. They just can't compete with SDC as far as price and professionalism. The video card that I bought from SDC is the ASUS R9 280X and their price was $355.95. Newegg is selling the same card for $499.95 and they are out of stock just like everyone else. Some companies are selling this card for over $700.00 due to the limited availability, but SDC hasn't jumped on this band wagon and raised their price just as everyone else has. Their price hasn't changed since last year. I just can't say enough about SDC that could explain how great of a company they are so take my word for it and order from them. You won't be disappointed. "I was looking for a Hollywood Black Magic Filter 1/2, 4x4 size and it was $202 at BH Photo but back-ordered, same with the other usual sites I order from. I found it on Super City Digital for $179 through a Google search but I'd never heard of SDC and I've been burned soooo many times by "NY" companies, with their grey market stuff. I was super, super apprehensive about them but I was desperate and if something went wrong, my credit card company would back me up so I took the risk.

I'm telling you... better than I imagined. I live in Los Angeles, ordered last, around 4pm my time, so 7pm NY, after business hours there I assume. Then, I got an email in the morning that my order was in the process of shipping. Huh? What I didn't understand is that I got the free shipping but the UPS ground website said I would be getting it the next day. NEXT DAY!? I turns out, the filter was shipped directly from Schneider, not NY, and the company is just down the road from me. I'm not sure how that works, but awesome!

"I was a bit hesitant to order as I worry about shill reviews when a store has just a handful of reviews. I placed my order for a Mack warranty (they had the lowest price I could find on the web, by about $25), and got a phone call just a few minutes later. I usually don't like that, but in this case it was legitimate. The caller admitted they'd never sold a warranty by itself before (only with a camera purchase) and just wanted to let me know that they were going to ask Mack to make sure it was ok. He was very un-NY like (sorry, don’t mean to generalize, but often NY’ers are very rushed and abrupt), and seemed to genuinely want to be helpful. He called back about an hour later, after receiving a call back from Mack, and said he had verified it was fine and would send the info later in the day. (This was an electronic version of the warranty instead of paper, but still fully transferrable).

So it was a very good experience and I wouldn’t hesitate (next time) to order again."

"I recently purchased a Sigma 10mm f2.8 fisheye lens from SuperDigitalCity.com Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Stan even accommodated a special shipping request. The lens arrived quickly in great shape.
Even better was the service after the sale. The lens had a noticeable front-focusing error that is fairly common on Sigma lenses. Stan helped me get straight through to the service tech folks at Sigma. They quickly identified the issues, fixed them, and shipped the unit back to me in a hurry.
The lens is built like a tank, focuses quickly, and produces some spectacular images - fisheye lenses are surprisingly useful - if you have one you will use it.
