"I purchased a duplex unit from this company. I received it in a very timely fashion, but it didn't work. I contacted them about 10 days after the item was received, no reply. Sent a second and third email, still no reply. Finally I contacted the San Diego BBB and once they contacted them the company finally replied and lied about they never received the email from me and then later stating that it was more than 30 days later. YEAH...the third time WAS more than 30 days later, but the first and second weren't. I will never do business with this company again. If you buy something and it works, good for you. If not, don't expect this company to help you until you get the big guns involved. Then when they finally replied, they wanted me to ship it back on my dime. So I lost money paying to get a defective component sent to me, then I have to lose more money to send it back. I don't think so. Luckily, my friend knew someone who could fix the unit."
"After reading some of the previous reviews I was a bit hesitant to place an order. I needed a high capacity toner cartridge and SuperWarehouse was 10% cheaper than any other site. As an added bonus, ground shipping was only $0.99. I was astonished to receive my order 3 business days later! Based on user comments I did verify that the part number was the one I ordered. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase!"
"Excellent. I had noted on this store's ResellerRating reviews that it had fine ratings except in some cases where a product was not immediately available. I therefore called Super Warehouse (no holding time) and inquired about the availability of the monitior which I intended to buy. It was available. It was shipped to me promptly and arrived on time. The next day I noted a Super Warehouse ad for an $80 discount on the same monitor. I called again, and $80 was refunded to my credit card, even though the refund was advertised after I bought the computer. Alltogether, dealing with this vendor could not have been a better experience."

"If you value your money & your sanity avoid Superwarehouse at all costs! I did a Canada site search for media projectors & it seemed SW had a good price. I ordered $1000 projector only to check the site the next day I realized this was USD! I emailed/phoned and told Andrea I could get the same price down the street with the exch. rate LESS the shipping & asked if I could cancel. She said she fully understood & said that would be no problem. They hadn't even shipped it. It was just 1 day. The next 30 days I only saw the charge on my account & no refund. I hounded them via email & received an 80% refund! They kept $200usd (That's $250 CD to me!) just because there was a miscommunication for 24 hrs! (They should have put USD if they are going to ship internationally & appear on a Canadian search.) Anyway, what the heck is a restocking fee for here? The thing never left their store! And WHY didn't Andrea say I'd loose money going to tmy local store in town. WHY didn't she tell me they'd keep 20% of my money. Perhaps I could have made a better choice! This is a joke anyway as they claim to charge 15% (not the 20% they did,) which means they stole another $50usd from me on top of the insane $150usd! I'd like to see Staples or any other store do that & keep their customers! Customer service is the most horrible I've ever received. I've phoned Russel Schneider, the president of SW. He won't take my calls. I've emailed him repeatadly after not getting anywhere with CService & I keep getting responded to by the same rude CService rep. He's too whimpy to fight his own battles. It's been a fight for 3 months now. I'm about to dispute the charge with my credit card company & write all the bad reviews I can to warn others...which I threatened to do if no refund came & it seems they'd rather keep my hard earned $250Canadian dollars than risk loosing many future customers. Well...they asked for it!

"Ok ...right off the bat they had the hard to find parts I needed. Few other sites did. The person on the telephone was courteous and most of all knowledgeable about the specific parts I required. I needed them ASAP. I had them overnighted. They arrived in record time, as he said they would. All the parts were the correct parts and in perfect condition. I will order from them again!

I ordered a Black toner cartrige...simple order..which is their bread and butter.
A week went buy and nothing I called..they stated that they couldnt ship to the shipping address that I specified..(I live in PHX and AZ) SO I had them change it and switch to the billing addess...a bit of an inconveinance.
Well another two weeks went by and still no product. I called and they said the same thing! they never even fixed the first problem!
The rep was very short with me and didnt really want to work out a solution. Seems like he wanted to go on his smoke brake.
I run an online business so I know of the problems, but this company is definatly not one to solve them.
Stay away from them as the headaches are too much!. "
"I purchased a protective case for my tablet PC that the website said was in stock. I got a call a few days later letting me know that the item was not in stock and they nicely asked me what I wanted to do. I said please cancel my order. She said ok I will go ahead and void the charge on the credit card. I told her that sounds good and went on my way. Well, after 3.5 weeks the charge is STILL on the card. I emailed many times and kept getting pushed off to the accounting department. I just made one more call to get my money back and they said it will be done "today". I will beleive that when I see the money back into my account. The thing that upsets me the most is that on there website the policy is to NOT charge for any items that are on backorder; which my item was, but I still got charged! AVOID this store at all costs!! A pain in the butt nobody needs. What a disgrace to the online community."

"On October 8, I called to verify that they had the exact product that I needed. I was given every assurance that they did. 2 Days later my order arrived. It was quantity 1 instead of the 3 requested and the wrong parts at that. I was quoted $374 plus change including shipping and when I checked my credit card I was billed $404.64. After requesting RMA # for the one incorrect part, I was told that I would be credited for the full amount. This has gone on for about a week and still no credit as of 11/2/04. Bate and switch is bad enough on its own, and adding hidden cost agendas, incorrect shipping of merchandise and worst of all denial of prompt refunds truly makes this a COMPANY TO NOT DEAL WITH. I have spent far too much time trying to get this rectified.
