"I ordered $400 in parts a week ago and still did not receive my items. Even the ones that they had labeled as in stock and available. I've tried to contact them a few times and it takes a few (2 or 3) days for them to give me minimal responses and indirectly answer my questions. I ordered from 2 other competing websites at the same time and received my items the next day and day after.

One of the items is a motorcycle cover which I've really needed this past week being that we've had rain. Its really sad when the paying customer feels as if they are being walked on."

Though, I have to mention that it would be great if you will offer an opportunity in the future to accept sending the items to Europe marked as "gifts" as I have to say I was disappointed due to the fact I had to pay $180 VAT for the items (and yes, it's very expensive taking into consideration that the package had the value of $645, but this is the world we live in..., so if you have the power to make it better, you should do it :) ).
If it will be the case to accept sending the items to Europe marked as gifts, I can guarantee you that orders from Europe will increase with at least 20%. So it's up to you...

"Terribly slow shippers. I placed more order 2 weeks ago and still have not received any of the 4 of my items. I spoke to them 4 days ago and they said they would ship it out right away. They did not. They did send me a email yesterday that said my item shipped that morning and they would send me another email by 5pm with a tracking number. That never happened either. I am not pleased. "

I was very impressed to be able to view a well made review video for each item on youtube without which I would not have purchased it at all as this brand clothing is not available in the UK so was unknown to me, once I was sure about the product from the video reviews information, I contacted Superbike Toy Store via the online chat service (Im in the UK so calling wasnt practical) which again is first class and was normally the same person called Amber (if my memory serves me correct)and also via email Patrick who are a credit to your company !!
